1892 Chattanooga Fire Alarm Telegraph Locations

"The Gamewell system is in use, covering all necessary gongs, indicators and thirty-nine public alarm boxes. Keys are left at nearest houses to the boxes, and one with each policeman, and also with responsible citizens. Alarms should always be turned in from boxes nearest the fire."
